Boys Basketball Tryouts 2022-23 Season
Boys Basketball tryouts will be held next Monday August 29 and Wednesday August 31 from 4:15-6:15 in the WDV gym.
Due to a huge demand for tryouts last year please fill out the following form so that the coaching staff may plan for the best possible workout. There may be an updated announcement with specific times that you will need to attend based on the player’s last name.

Athletic Clearance For 22-23 Now Open
Athletic clearance for the 22-23 school year is now open. Students that will be participating in sports must complete the clearance process. This must be done each year. For those who have done this in previous years you will notice the site looks different…it has been upgraded. Below is the link to the site along with some helpful information links. These can also be found on the athletics home page.
Go to California, school is Wiseburn Da Vinci, year is 22-23. You can download the physical form when you get to the medical history part. On the file upload page you will need to upload both the physical and proof of insurance.

Baseball 1st Round CIF Game
Baseball will host Santa Clara HS for the 1st round of CIF. The game is Friday May 6th at Westchester Babe Ruth, start time 3:15pm.

Boys Volleyball CIF 1st Round Game 4/28
Boys volleyball will host Beverly Hills in a 1st round CIFSS playoff game Thursday 4/28, start time 6pm.

No Spectators For Indoor Sports
Due to the current issues with COVID, spectators will not be allowed in the gym for games or practices. Only players, coaches, trainers and people on required supervision will be allowed in the gym. It’s understood that this is not an ideal situation, but we believe this is in the best interest of everyone’s health and safety. Once spectators are allowed back in the gym we will let you know.

Softball Player & Parent Meeting Nov. 3rd
All players and parents that are interested in softball, there is a meeting on Wednesday Nov. 3rd. It will be held in the west plaza at 201 N. Douglas from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Students that are interested in playing baseball for the upcoming season, there is a meeting on Thursday Oct. 7th at 4:15pm. Coach Barba will be there to talk about the program. It will also be a chance for students to ask questions. Please be on time.
