GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Current High School Tryouts – May 21st,  22nd and 23rd; Incoming and Transfers – July 10th, 11th, and 12th

Current high school students will be held on May 21, 22 and 23rd from 4:15 to 6:15 p.m.

All tryouts will be held at the WDV GYM located at 201 N. Douglas St. El Segundo, CA 90245

Incoming high school students including transfers will be held on July 10, 11, and 12 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Tryouts are CLOSED, student-athletes are only allowed.

Please review the information below carefully.

PRIOR TO TRYOUTS:

1. Registration Form
Please use the Google form to fill in information BEFORE tryouts:

2. Physical Exam & Form/Athletics Clearance
You must have your physical completed and all paperwork uploaded BEFORE tryouts. Please check our website for complete instructions and forms: Wiseburn Da Vinci Athletics

Clearance forms can be found on: https://www.athleticclearance.com/
All student-athletes must have an account in order to access all CIF
forms. 

• For current 2023-2024 student-athletes, please confirm that your physical form does not expire before the May tryouts. If your physical form expires before May, please have a new physical form uploaded BEFORE tryouts. 
• For current high school students who are not on the team, as well as incoming high school students including transfers:
  You must download and print the physical form and take it to a doctor for your athletic physical to be completed.
• Upload your signed form to your account.
• Upload your signed form to your account.

3. Required Forms

The following two documents must be signed by you and your parent/guardian BEFORE you can try out. 

      1.    Waiver and Release of Liability;
      2.    Wiseburn Da Vinci Volleyball Player Tryout Conduct Consent Form.

 Please bring these completed forms to tryouts.
