WDV Athletics Weekly Game Schedule and Announcements – October 12–17
It’s a big week for the Wolves! Girls Flag Football plays three games in three days, including Senior Night at home on Wednesday. Boys Beach Volleyball opens the playoffs, Girls Volleyball heads to West, and Cross Country closes the week at Griffith Park. Looking ahead, Girls Basketball and Softball tryouts are coming up fast, so read on for dates, locations, and a must-do reminder about sports physicals.

Girls Flag Football Senior Night: Wednesday, October 14
Join us as we honor our Wiseburn Da Vinci Girls Flag Football seniors before they take on Vistamar at WDV Field.
- Senior ceremony: 5:00 PM
- Kickoff: 6:00 PM
- Where: WDV Field
These athletes have given so much to this program, so let’s give them the send-off they deserve. Bring your families, your friends, and your loudest Wolves spirit. Arrive early to catch the ceremony and grab a seat!
2026–27 Girls Basketball Tryouts
Girls Basketball has added an open gym on Tuesday, October 13, ahead of the new tryout date on Tuesday, October 20. Both sessions run 4:15–6:30 PM.

2026–27 Softball TryoutsSoftball tryouts run three days, Monday, October 19 through Wednesday, October 21, at the Wiseburn Sports Complex.

- Time: 4:30–7:30 PM

Reminder: Sports Physical Required BEFORE Tryouts
All student-athletes MUST have a valid sports physical cleared by the Athletics Department through Home Campus BEFORE tryouts. Athletes without a cleared physical will not be able to participate, no exceptions.
- Get your physical done now. Appointments fill up quickly this time of year.
- Upload it to Home Campus as soon as you have it.
- Allow time for the Athletics Department to review and clear it. Uploading the night before is not enough.
Don’t let paperwork keep you off the court or the field!
