Call for Student-Athlete Volunteers! Rock Around the Block!

Calling all Wiseburn Da Vinci student-athletes and teams!

It’s that time of the year again for Rock Around the Block on Saturday, April 25 at Wiseburn Middle School.

As in past years, the Wiseburn Ed Foundation is seeking a large number of high school volunteers. Groups that sign up with at least 5 volunteers per shift (there are 3 shifts total) will earn a $500 contribution for their club, team, or org. This is a fantastic opportunity for your teams to earn money for ongoing program needs.

2026-27 WDV Girls Volleyball Tryout Dates Announced

Wiseburn Da Vinci Athletics is excited to announce upcoming Girls Volleyball Tryouts for the 2026–27 season! Whether you’re a returning player or new to the program, this is your chance to be part of a competitive, supportive, and high-energy team.

For Current Da Vinci High School Students

If you’re already a Da Vinci student, mark your calendar:

Pre-Tryout Clinic: Tuesday, May 26 | 4:15–6:15 PM
Tryouts: Wednesday, May 27 | 4:15–6:15 PM
Tryouts: Thursday, May 28 | 4:15–6:15 PM

The pre-tryout clinic is a great opportunity to get reps, meet the coaches, and prepare for tryouts in a low-pressure environment.

What to Expect

Our volleyball program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and competitive play. Tryouts will include drills, gameplay, and evaluations by our coaching staff. Come ready to work hard, communicate, and have fun!

🚨 Reminder 🚨 – All student-athletes need athletic clearance BEFORE tryouts! This includes a physician signed sports physical uploaded to Home Campus and approved by the Athletic Department prior to tryouts! 🏀 Playoff Time at Home: Wiseburn Da Vinci Girls Basketball Hosts Huntington Beach!

It’s playoff season, and our Wiseburn Da Vinci Girls Varsity Basketball team is ready to make history once again!

This Thursday, February 12 at 7:00 PM, the Wolves will host the Huntington Beach Oilers in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division 3 Playoffs. The game will be played at home, giving our team the incredible advantage of competing in front of their own fans.

This marks a huge milestone for the program, as the girls continue to build on a historic season filled with hard work, resilience, and big wins. Earning a spot in the Division 3 bracket is a testament to the dedication of these student-athletes and their coaching staff.

Now it’s time for our community to show up and show out. Playoff games bring a different level of intensity, and home court energy can make all the difference. Wear your school colors, bring the noise, and help create an unforgettable atmosphere in the gym.

Sudden cardiac conditions can go undetected, even in young and active individuals. This important screening opportunity is designed to help identify potential cardiac abnormalities early and provide peace of mind for participants and their families.
