Parking permits are required for students who park on the 201 N. Douglas campus during the school day. Applications open August 1 and close August 10

Dear Da Vinci Students and Families,

Students who plan to drive to the 201 N. Douglas campus and park on campus during the school day for the 2026–27 school year must apply for a student parking permit. Because on-campus parking spaces are limited, submitting an application does not guarantee a parking permit. If applications exceed available spaces, permits will be assigned through a lottery process with priority given to seniors, followed by juniors.

This year, we are streamlining the student parking permit process across all school sites located at 201 N. Douglas. The complete application, including required document uploads, is now available online.

Apply here: 2026–27 Student Parking Permit Application

Application period:

Opens Saturday, August 1
Closes Monday, August 10 at 11:59 PM

Before beginning the application, please have the following documents ready to upload:

  • A copy of the student’s valid driver’s license
  • A copy of current car insurance naming the student driver as an insured family member (for each vehicle being registered)
  • A copy of the current vehicle registration (for each vehicle being registered)
  • A signed 2026–27 Student Parking Permit Agreement with both student and parent/guardian signatures
  • (Download the agreement here: 2026–27 Student Parking Permit Agreement)

Parking Permit Selection Process
On-campus parking is limited. If more applications are received during the application period than available parking spaces, a lottery will be conducted to determine permit assignments. Seniors will receive first priority, followed by juniors. Students who are not selected in the initial lottery will be placed on a waitlist and may receive a permit if spaces become available.

Applications submitted after Monday, August 10 at 11:59 PM will be considered only if spaces remain available and may be placed on a waitlist.

Notification
Students selected to receive a parking permit will be notified by August 14. Students who are not selected will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if additional spaces become available.

Permit Pickup
Students receiving a permit will receive an email with instructions for picking up their permit.

Important Reminder
Students are not permitted to park on campus during the school day without a valid parking permit.

For all parking permit questions, please contact the Da Vinci Home Office at 201studentparking@davincischools.org. School site front offices will not be handling questions related to student parking permit issuance.

Thank you,
