Athletic Clearance For 22-23 Now Open

Athletic clearance for the 22-23 school year is now open. Students that will be participating in sports must complete the clearance process. This must be done each year. For those who have done this in previous years you will notice the site looks different…it has been upgraded. Below is the link to the site along with some helpful information links. These can also be found on the athletics home page.

Go to California, school is Wiseburn Da Vinci, year is 22-23. You can download the physical form when you get to the medical history part. On the file upload page you will need to upload both the physical and proof of insurance.

Congratulations

The 2022 Swim Team had a successful run at CIF FINALS for Division 4!!

Girls Team placed OVERALL 3^rd in the division!!

Boys Team placed OVERALL 18^th in the division!!

This is out of 50+ teams in the division

Boys Team:

Brandon Stauring, Jeremy Szkolnik, Parker Saikley, Colin Glenn Placed 7^th in their Relay

Colin Glenn got 4^th in the 200 Free and 100 Free and made best times in both

Girls Team:

200 Free Relay – Placed 2^nd Andrea Cornejo, Noelani Vernon, Kaia Henty-Dodd, Tiara Jackson

400 Free Relay – Placed 3^rd Noelani Vernon, Raina Henty-Dodd, Malia Lyou, Tiara Jackson

The Process Of Adding Sports – May 12 – Join Us!

Interested in hearing about how a sport or team can be added to the WDV Athletics program?

This Thursday, May 12th, the Athletics Department will be presenting this process. This will take place in the WDV gym at 6:00pm, located at 201 N. Douglas Street. We will present the process and all factors that are considered when considering adding a sport or level to an existing program. There will be time at the end to answer any and all questions. Baseball CIF 2nd Round May 10th

Baseball has advance to the 2nd round of CIF. They will travel to Artesia Tuesday May 10th, start time 3:15pm.

Due to construction at Artesia parking is limited. If you arrive close to 2:45 the lot will be closed. If you arrive before 2:30 or after 3:00 there shouldn’t be a problem getting into the lot.

Boys Volleyball Semi Final Game Saturday May 7th

Boys volleyball has made it to the CIF semi finals. They will travel to Monrovia High School this Saturday, start time 6pm. All tickets must be purchased on the Go Fan app, general ticket $10, student ticket $5.
