FREE Sports Physicals with EXER Urgent Care!

Sports physicals for the coming 2025-26 school year are available beginning May 1 thru August 31. Da Vinci students can book their sports screening via the QR code on the flyer.

 

All WDV Athletics student-athletes are required to have a current and up-to-date physical on file and uploaded to Home Campus before participating in tryouts.
