Happy Winter Break, WDV Wolves! As we go into our Winter Break, some of our athletic teams will continue to practice and compete in the upcoming weeks. This week we have the following announcements for athletics:
Boys Volleyball
For current Winter Team Student-Athletes only: If you were unable to attend December 5th, 6th, or 7th tryouts, we are holding a one day tryout on December 21st from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. in the WDV Gym. If you are interested, please confirm your attendance with Coach Mylah Wessels at mwessels@davincischools.org. Please let your current Winter sport coach know that you would like to attend the volleyball tryout.
Boys Soccer
This Monday, December 19th, we have our JV and V Boys Soccer playing home games at Juan de Anza at 4:30pm and 6:00pm respectively. They will also play away at Firebaugh on Tuesday, December 20th JV plays at 2:30PM, V at 4:30PM.
Boys Basketball
Our V Boys Basketball team will be playing away games in the Dwan Hurt Tournament from Monday, December 19th- Thursday, December 22nd.
JV Boys Basketball picked up two tournament games at 1pm to be played at West Torrance H.S. on Monday, 19th and Tuesday the 20th.
Girls Soccer
Our JV Girls Soccer Team will be playing at Valley Christian on Thursday, December 22nd at 2pm.
