Wolves Weekly: September 28 – October 3A new week brings a new slate of action for Wiseburn Da Vinci Athletics, capped off by a jam-packed Saturday. Here’s everything you need to know.
On the Road to Start the Week
Tuesday, Sept. 29: Girls Volleyball vs. North
Our Wolves travel to North, with JV/FS starting at 3:30 PM and Varsity following at 5:00 PM.
Thursday, Oct. 1: A Busy Day, Home and Away
- Girls Flag Football vs. West — our team heads to West, with Varsity kicking off at 3:30 PM and JV at 4:45 PM.
- Girls Volleyball vs. Torrance — we’re back home in the WDV Gym, with JV/FS at 3:30 PM and Varsity at 5:00 PM.
Saturday, Oct. 3: A Full Slate of Wolves Action
Saturday is the biggest day of the week, with four events across the county.
Girls Flag Football vs. Serra — Home game at WDV Field. JV plays at 5:30 PM, followed by Varsity at 7:00 PM.
Cross Country at the Central Park Invitational — Our runners compete, with the start time still TBA.
Boys Beach Volleyball JV Pairs Championship — Our JV pairs head to Hermosa Beach Pier for the championship. Time TBA.
How to Follow Along
Look for the Wolf logo on the schedule graphic to spot our home games — this week that’s Girls Volleyball on Thursday and Girls Flag Football on Saturday. As always, times can shift, so it’s worth double-checking closer to game day, especially for the TBA events.
Wiseburn Da Vinci Girls Soccer is gearing up for the 2026-27 girls soccer season, and Varsity Head Coach Mike Asfall wants every player and family in the loop from day one.
