Based on overall interest, we will be offering regular Off Season training this month on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Classes will be held at the Crossfit Box. The 50 minute sessions will start promptly at 4:30pm and 5:30pm. We highly recommend you arrive 10-15 minute prior to your first training session.
If you are interested in off-season training in September, please follow these steps:
- Fill out this Google Form
- You will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com with your assigned training time.
- You will also receive a “Welcome to UCLA Health Sports Performance” email which will ask you to create a new password on our Mindbody class registration portal
- Please complete your online profile on Mindbody, including emergency contact.
- You will then be able to register for future sessions using this portal.
- You may attend a maximum of 2 training sessions per week.
- Show up to your commitment. Cancellation windows close 8 hours prior to the start time, so you will be locked in to your commitment by 9:00am.
- If you do not show up to your commitments, then you will forfeit all of your current reservations and will not be able to attend training for 1 week.
- Maximum class size is 20. If the class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If someone cancels and a spot frees up, then the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class.
- We are people and we are learners just like you! We want to know how you are doing, how you are feeling, if our scheduler is glitching, if something is coming up at the last minute and you need some grace. Please reach out to us for anything regarding this program and your wellbeing:
