Athletics

Wiseburn Da Vinci (WDV) Athletics offers a competitive CIF interscholastic athletics program for students of all skill levels, with 29 teams across 16 sports. Students from all Da Vinci high schools unite as the Wiseburn Da Vinci Wolves. In the 2023-24 school year, 599 student-athletes participated in WDV Athletics!

As a member of the South Bay Athletic Association (SBAA), the WDV Wolves compete in the Bay and Pioneer Leagues, providing student-athletes with a competitive experience, consistent game schedules, additional team levels, and shorter travel times.

Our mission is to provide the Wiseburn community with a robust sports program that supports students’ well-being while maintaining a healthy balance between academics and athletics. WDV Athletics upholds the highest standards—Da Vinci students must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA before and during the season to compete. Student-athletes are also expected to contribute positively to the Da Vinci community by demonstrating commitment, responsibility, teamwork, self-discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship both on and off the field. Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Partnership

WDV has partnered with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), a national nonprofit dedicated to unlocking the life-changing power of sports for all kids, regardless of social or economic background. PCA believes that when done right, sports can transform lives. Through this partnership, WDV will offer coach, student-athlete, and parent workshops throughout the school year.
